DragonFlyBSD Binary Update Scripts

This is work I did years ago in order to add binary updates to DragonFly BSD.  Unfortunatly, I've never been able to finish it.  I decided to put all stuff online ... maybe somebody pick up my breadcrumbs and finish the work.
